The packaging studio uses an essential session cookie, anti-bot checks and contact details when you ask our team to start an order from a concept. We do not use advertising analytics. The separate quote form opens your own mail app.

The short version

The studio uses an essential session cookie to enforce usage. We do not use analytics or advertising tracking. If you use the quote form, the message is composed in your own email program and only reaches us when you press send there.

The 3D carton mockup

The mockup tool reads an uploaded PDF and creates its preview on your device. The local check does not upload or retain the PDF. Studio concepts are view-only: the site does not offer the generated dieline, artwork, PDF or PNG as a customer download.

AI packaging design and optional checks

Sending a packaging chat message shares your request, up to eight recent conversation messages plus a structured project brief with selected earlier customer quotes and approved provisional proposals, the current design settings and any attached logo (resized as a PNG) through our Cloudflare endpoint with Google Gemini. Google proposes dimensions and artwork layers. The studio also sends an art-direction brief and, when editing, a reduced reference of the previous generated artwork to Google Nano Banana Pro to generate the main visual image. Your browser renders reduced flat artwork and folded 3D previews (including the generated image) and sends them to Google for one visual review against your request, then builds the view-only 3D concept. The server allows up to three image-generation attempts per UTC day using your session and a daily hashed IP address. An attempt is reserved before contacting the image provider and can count even if generation fails. Conversation-only replies do not consume an image allowance, but request frequency, daily text requests and overall daily and monthly generation totals are limited.

Clicking “Send preview to Google” sends a reduced image of the PDF page, including visible artwork and text, and the local validation summary through our Cloudflare endpoint to Google's Gemini API. The original PDF file is not sent. Google processes that content to classify the carton and suggest corrections.

We temporarily store successful generated image responses so the originating session can recover an interrupted generation without paying for it again. These responses expire after 24 hours. We do not write artwork into application logs. A short-lived design fingerprint binds generation tickets to an approved request. Technical request logs may be retained by Cloudflare. To monitor AI costs, we log numeric token counts (including cached and reasoning tokens when provided), model, processing stage and request duration; these usage entries do not include conversation text, artwork or contact details. We use your IP address to limit request frequency. Google handles submitted content under its applicable API terms, which can differ between paid and unpaid services; this site does not promise zero retention or exclusion from model improvement. Avoid submitting confidential designs unless those terms are acceptable to you.

See Google's Gemini API terms. The AI check is optional; local validation and 3D previews work without it.

Studio order requests

When you choose “Start your order,” we ask for your full name and email so our team can follow up about the packaging project. These details, a short project summary (including order quantity and requested timing when supplied), submission time, session identifier and a reduced concept thumbnail are stored in Cloudflare D1 and private Cloudflare R2 storage. They are accessible only to authorized staff through private exports. We do not verify ownership of the email address, and contact details are not sent to Google. The thumbnail helps our team identify the concept you were viewing; it is not a production artwork file or a customer download. This is not a newsletter subscription. Contact us to request deletion of your details. Our maintenance process removes usage records after 62 days and studio contact records and thumbnails after one year.

What this website collects

Pages are static files. The studio stores order requests and usage records in a Cloudflare D1 database; it does not create a password-based account. The packaging chat and optional AI check invoke our server endpoints. Specifically:

  • Essential studio cookie: a random identifier, valid for 30 days, associates your browser with daily usage and its order request. We do not use it for advertising.
  • No analytics and no tracking pixels. We do not measure visits, build profiles, or share anything with an advertising network.
  • Anti-bot verification: the public studio loads Cloudflare Turnstile when you request AI work or submit an order request. Cloudflare processes technical browser and network information to verify the request.

The quote form does not send anything to us

This is the part worth reading, because the form does not work the way most contact forms do.

When you fill it in, everything you type stays in your browser. Pressing Request a quote does not transmit it. Instead the site assembles the details into a draft message and hands that draft to whatever email program your device uses — the same thing that happens when you click an email address anywhere on the web. The draft opens already addressed and written, and is addressed to our sales contacts, whose addresses you can see in the draft itself.

You still have to press send in your own email program. Until you do, nothing has left your device, and we have no record that you started. If you close the draft instead, nothing reaches us at all.

The practical consequence is that we cannot lose, leak or misuse a message you did not send — but also that we cannot tell you it went missing. If you have sent an enquiry and had no reply within a working day, please call (954) 781-6800 rather than assume it arrived.

What happens to an enquiry once we have it

An email you send us arrives in our normal business mailboxes and is treated like any other customer correspondence: we use it to answer your question, prepare a quote, and keep a record of the job. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will, unless we are required to keep it as a record of a transaction. Write to Suzanne Simmons at suzanne@flpginc.com.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like every web server on the internet, its machines briefly handle the technical details needed to deliver a page and to keep the site up — your IP address, your browser’s identification, and which page was requested. Cloudflare retains those as ordinary server logs under its own privacy terms. We do not combine them with anything, and we do not use them to identify individual visitors.

Links away from this site

Telephone and email links hand you over to your own phone or mail app. Once you leave this site, this notice stops applying and the other service’s terms take over.

Changes to this notice

If the site starts doing something this page does not describe, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. There is no mailing list to notify, so checking that date is the way to know.
